Cancel a subscription

1. Open your iPhone’s Settings.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Starpaper, then Cancel Subscription.

You keep Starpaper Full until the end of the period you paid for. Your free chart stays.

Restore a purchase

Open any locked reading to see the plans, then tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Get a refund

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and pick Starpaper.

Fix your birth details

Me › Settings › Edit birth details. Your chart recalculates when the date, time or place changes.

Delete your data

Me › Settings › Delete my data. This removes your account and backup from our server, then everything on your phone. It doesn’t cancel a subscription. See the privacy policy.
